We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson with Account Management skills to join our team at UltraHire, an HR software company. This role combines the responsibilities of sales and account management to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with our clients. As a Salesperson with Account Management skills, you will play a vital role in generating new leads, closing sales, and managing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
- Identify and prioritize potential clients through various channels, including market research, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our HR solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals that address client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals and secure new business.
2. Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' HR challenges, goals, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.
3. Market Awareness:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize growth.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively articulate the features and benefits of our HR solutions.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the HR industry or related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
