Job Details
An HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Advisor's primary role is to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures. They assess workplaces for potential hazards, advise on risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing HSE Programs:
Creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Risk Assessment and Management:
Identifying potential hazards, assessing risks, and developing control measures to prevent accidents and incidents.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Incident Investigation:
Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommending corrective actions.
Training and Education:
Providing health and safety training to employees and contractors.
Promoting a Safety Culture:
