Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to drive revenue growth and market expansion. With 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, and relevant certifications, you will develop and execute strategies that generate leads, convert opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media) aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: market entry, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and relationship management.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.
  • Create and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness (ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost).
  • Collaborate with product/operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Maintain CRM database with accurate opportunity tracking and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B or B2C sales/marketing/business development, preferably in construction, real estate, or services.
  • Certifications: CIM (Certificate/Diploma), Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta), or equivalent required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Technical Skills: CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot); SEO/SEM tools; MS Office; social media management platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated achievement of sales quotas and business growth (provide examples).

KPIs: Revenue growth (YoY target e.g., 15%), lead conversion rate, CAC and LTV, marketing campaign ROI.

Reporting Line: Reports to Head of Sales & Marketing or CEO.


Working Conditions: Hybrid/office-based with frequent client meetings and travel (up to 30%).
