Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Commercial Executive** to join our team at UltraHire. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, Handling marketing activities reporting, and facilitating sales activities. You will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and help grow our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Digital Marketing Activities:

- Assist marketing manager in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.

- Assist in handling social media posts, moderation, campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising efforts.

 

  • Marketing Reporting:

- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics and sales activities for executive review.

 

  • Sales Activities:

- Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to generate new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

 

  • Client Engagement:

- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present our solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

 

  • Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

 

Required Skills

 

  • Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

  • Experience:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably in the tech industry.

 

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms).

Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

 

  • Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

 

  • Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

 

  • Interpersonal Skills:

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
