We are looking for a driven Enablement & Community Growth Specialist to fuel our members’ success by creating high-impact experiences, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring our members get the most out of their journey with RRL. This role is not about passive engagement—it’s about proactively driving transformation for every member.

 

Key Responsibilities

Own the Member Experience – Guide new and existing members through their journey, ensuring they unlock value from RRL’s community, resources, and opportunities.

Enablement & Learning – Curate and deliver interactive micro-learning experiences, peer coaching opportunities, and AI-driven insights that help members achieve their best year ever.

Community Engagement & Activation – Build and execute strategies that increase engagement, conversations, and participation within the network.

Proactive Member Success – Anticipate members’ challenges before they arise, identify top revenue professionals in transition, and ensure they are supported in their career goals.

Drive High-Value Networking – Connect the right people at the right time, facilitating powerful peer-to-peer collaborations and industry insights.

Operational Excellence – Manage community workflows, event planning, and digital tools that enhance the member experience.

Content & Communication – Collaborate on compelling narratives, announcements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to keep members informed and inspired.

 

Who You Are

• A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership

• Passionate about helping revenue professionals succeed

• Experienced in community building, enablement, or revenue leadership

• Comfortable working remotely and independently

• Confident in engaging with sales, customer success, and RevOps leaders

• Skilled in using digital collaboration tools to create seamless experiences
