Job Summary:
The Partnerships Specialist is crucial in building and nurturing relationships within this ecosystem, encompassing startups, established corporations, and other key players. This role identifies, develops, and manages strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Business Development:
- Ecosystem Mapping: Target key players in the recruitment and HR landscape.
- Prioritize partners based on strategic alignment and potential for scaling innovative business models.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop creative and mutually beneficial partnership proposals.
- Define value propositions, and lead negotiations to finalize agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Partnership Planning & Project Management:
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans outlining shared objectives, KPIs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Manage the implementation of partnership initiatives, using project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Define and track KPIs to measure partnership success and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to assess partnership impact on innovation goals and business outcomes and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
- Evaluate partnership strategies and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, or partnerships.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful partnerships, with experience in deal structuring and negotiation.
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
