Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across industries such as construction, real estate. The ideal candidate is PMP-certified, has at least 5 years of hands-on project leadership experience, and excels at balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and resource allocation matrices.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain a risk register and contingency plans.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative project environment.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing projects valued at $1M+ or with high complexity.
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) required; r Agile certifications are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent; strong grasp of budgeting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication.

KPIs: On-time delivery rate (>95%), on-budget performance (variance <5%), stakeholder satisfaction score (>4.5/5), risk mitigation effectiveness.

Reporting Line: Reports to CEO.
Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits; may require travel up to 20%.
