Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data to enhance the customer experience, addressing and resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
• Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the technology or recruitment industry is beneficial
